Omid Maxey's mission in life is to make women look gorgeous and feel good about themselves.  As a hair and fashion stylist for over 10 years, he has worked with and alongside some of the biggest and brightest in the biz, Including Victoria Becham, Colin Farrel, Bonnie Hunt, Diane Von Furstenberg, Tory Burch, Zac Posen, Diesel, Rachel Zoe, Nicole Ramano, Carmen Marc Valvo, Saks 5th Avenue, Sephora and more.  Now shoeube.tv has tapped into his talent to ambush everyday women, and create a transformation based on what he says is the foundation of every look, "the perfect shoe". 

Omid says since he was a child he had style pumping through his veins. Born in Tehran, he was raised between London, Luxembourg and the United States.  One of his earliest school boy memories was an act of "style defiance"! When trying to update his 80's school uniform, and forced to wear only laced-up shoes, he at the risk of repeated suspension, slipped on "pointy toed" style loafers to give his look some individuality.  (Think "Ducky" From Pretty in Pink).  

Omid is a graduate of Northeastern University and a graduate of the prestigious Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica.  He has worked for MTV's "House of Style" and his talent and personality has graced some of the top celebrity visited salons in LA, New York, and Boston. For years he has been back stage during  "fashion week" preparing models for the runway.

Omid is currently the Artistic Director of Safar Coiffure Salon, http://safarcoiffure.com/main.html one of Boston's most popular salons. He attributes his success, to the salon's owner Serge Safar.  "Serge was the one who told me I had talent, and I needed to go to the Sassoon Academy to train with the best".
